SCOPE |
Design, furnish, install and Commission 4 complete
Odour Treatment Plants (OTP). These OTPs remove odorous
air, primarily Hydrogen Sulphide and Marcaptans and
ammonia, from the entire Works, which are covered
for this purpose. With the removal of odorous air
to acceptable limit, developments can be built closer
to the works.

UNIQUENESS
OF
PROJECT |
The
plant comprises demisters, fan wet scrubbers, Granular
Activated Carbon (GAC) units, and chemical dosing
system, located individually at each treatment process.
The plants are operated in a fully automatic mode
through Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The scrubbers
are of horizontal counter flow packed tower and horizontal/mist
scrubbers. |
