PROJECT SCOPE
Design, furnish, install and commission 3 complete Odour Treatment Plants (OTP). These OTPs remove odorous air, primarily Hydrogen Sulphide form the entire Works which are covered for this purpose. Installation of aeration and sludge storage tanks.

With the removal of odorous air to acceptable limit, developments can be built closer to the Works.

Each plant comprises demisters, fans, mist scrubbers, Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) units, chemical dosing system, all located within its own building. The Plants are operated in a fully automatic mode through Program Logic Controller (PLC)

The 14 foot diameter mist scrubber supplied is believed to be the largest of its kind.
