SCOPE |
Design, furnish, install and commission 4 complete
Odour Treatment Plants (OTP). These OTPs remove odorous
air, primarily Hydrogen Sulphide and Methane, from
the entire Works which are covered for this purpose.
With the removal of odorous air to acceptable limit,
developments can be built closer to the Works. The
project also involves the installation of FRP covers
to the tanks. |

UNIQUENESS
OF
PROJECT |
The
Plants comprises demisters, fans, wet scrubbers, Granular
Activated Carbon (GAC) units, chemical dosing system,
all located within the Central Odour Treatment Building.
The Plants are operated in a fully automatic mode
through Program Logic Controller (PLC). The Scrubbers
are vertical counterflow packed tower type. |
